1. I have my motion sensivitity at the lowest setting - level 1. It still triggers the motion detection and I get alerts - tons. Is there a way to set the level to Zero? I use this mostly to monitor my puppy and don't want to get so many alerts all day. Or is there any other option?
2. Is it true the activity zones only work off of direct power not battery alone? I don't see why it wouldn't work with the battery option. It is difficult for me to run a power cable; hence why I purchased this system in the first place.
Please help. Thanks.
PS. not sure of the "model" selection. I have the arlo pro 2 4 camera system

1) no.... But if your watching a puppy with the cam, your going to get a lot of alerts.
The alerts can be turned off for each camera. There is always email too
You can also create custom modes with the alerts off for certain time of day running on the schedule
2) unless it's been changed, the zones require ac power
