Just purchased the Arlo Pro 2. My wife setup herself up as the admin, under her email, etc....and all functions work under her account. However, we added myself and whether I use Android or my SUrface Pro, I don't have an icon for audio, or micorphone, or a push to talk. So I am not able to talk through my phone or laptop to the remote camera. What could be the reason?
Thanks for your help.

When she granted you access, did she also grant the additional privileges? There's an FAQ here that spells out what both levels of access allows.

rescued110,
To use the microphone, you need to have access rights enabled for the shared user. This can be done by editing the user from the primary account within the Grant Access setting.
