ARLO PRO 2, local storage, missing clips. Most of the library clips seem to be missing

This is a new installation (my first, less than a month old). I set up a 2 TB local storage. Initially there were many clips appearing in the library - now all but a very few have disappeared! I am not on site (2000 miles away), but all camers appear to be working fine - I can view "LIVE", and record, and these show up for now in library but other clips that I was looking at a few days ago are gone!

Assuming you have Bsic level service... are you aware that the storage is 7 rolling days?
On day 8, day 1 is auto deleted...day 9 and day 2 is gone....etc
With the backup drive set up properly, all the past videos will be there ( IF they were motion acitvated recordings...manual recording do not go to the drive )
Issue is the backup is really a back up, the videos are not viewable from the prgm/app...to view the backup drive , it must be removed/ejuected and then used with a third party prgm that reads mp4 files.
Morse is faster than texting!
