Hi. I bought ARLO PRO 2 set with 5 cameras. I bought it from Costco and it came with the charging deck. One of my batteries REFUSES to charge. It always flashes yellow when in the charge deck is this just a faulty battery? All my other batteries charge without a problem.
How can I talk to Arlo to get a new battery sent to me?

or contact support below or probably the least frustrating would be to return the whole lot to Costco for a replacement.
