(Translate with Googel):
I get the following message when charging my Arlo PRO2 camera:
"A charging failure has been detected. Disconnect the charger from the camera side of the plug and plug it back in. If this error message persists, refer to the KB article for charging failures."
Where can I find the KB ARTICLE?

That seems to be a missing article. You can try using a different charger that supports both 5v and 9v outputs, such as those from recent Samsung phones, as well as a different cable. What happens if you use the same charger and cable on another camera?

Dear jguerdat,
Thanks for your reply. Problem is solved.
The AC adapter works on the Arlo pro2 camera with the Arlo in-house power cable.
The error is with outdoor "Wasserstein Weatherproof 16ft/5m Cable Compatible With Arlo Pro & Arlo Pro 2 (White)".
Some of these cable give the error
