Time Zone Settings Are Wrong After Changing Them

Ive changed the base satation timezone for my Arlo 2 pro wireless cameras to Brisbane GMT+10 however the recording time which displays on the app is incorrect? Approx 4 hrs ahead. How can this be corrected?

I could be wrong but it may take 24hrs for the servers to catch up with time changes. My library dates for same time zone as yours are correctly displayed.

Try rebooting the base, too.
