I have had my Arlo 2 pro cameras for quite some time.  All of a sudden I don’t have any videos or a limited number in my library.  The icon shows hundreds unread and when I go in the current day is blank even though I got notices.  I know there was talk about eliminating but I thought that was pulled back.  Any thoughts?

See if you can make a manual recording while livestreaming.

 

Some users have experienced your issue.  The mods - @JamesC , @BrookeN , @ShayneS - can do a back-end sync that should resolve it.  You can just wait for one of them to reply.

 

If you are in a rush, you can alternatively remove one camera from your account, and then add it back.  That should also resolve it.  The risk is that you might find it hard to add the camera back.  Several users have been forced to use the manual button-push method because "add device" in the app was not responsive.

Can you reboot your base station and test again?
