7 day cloud recording gone?

I've been using my old Alro Pro 2 cameras with free 7 day cloud recording for years, and never upgraded because I don't want to pay for subscription. Everything was working fine until a few weeks ago, and now all of the sudden, there are no cloud recordings available. I can still see alerts indicating that a recording was made, but nothing saves in cloud. 

I considered adding network attached storage, but it turns out my base station is too old and will not allow remote access to network attached storage. This change (eliminating 7 day cloud recording) makes my outdoor cameras useless for my purposes.

The legacy free 7days cloud storage is still available in my country for my pro2 cameras.

What makes you believe that it is no longer available?

The 7-day storage is still available, so something else must be going on.  Can you live-stream the cameras?

 

You might need to remove the cameras and base from your account, reset the base, and onboard everything again.
