7 Day Auto Rolling Delete Not Working???

Arlo Pro 2 system with 2 cams. Set up was a breeze and all seems to work well, both the cloud storage and local storage. On the afternoon of day 7, the push notifictions quit working and the video clips were not being uploaded to the clould. We deleted the first days videos and then all starting working correctly again. What would cause this? Is there a setting for the auto delete or did we run up against a storage limit before the auto delete kicked in?  Thanks!

There is no storage limit othe than number of days on account level ( tho it is posted somewhere )

The videos are auto delete and you need to do nothing.

 

If using a phone, maybe delete the app and reinstall ( tho if this happened n the last few days, there was a server issue for videos that may have been the issue )

Thanks for the response. This did happen in the past few days, Saturday afternoon 09/08/18 was the date the cloud storage quit working. We will monitor and see if this happens again at the next 7 / 8 day roll over.
