So I have two base stations the front yard is covered by 4 cameras going to base VMB 4500 and the backyard another 9 cameras connect to base VMB 4000. All 9 cameras on base VMB 4000 work fine. The front four cameras have a message "YOUR ARLO DEVICE APPEARS OFFLINE" over the image, But if you look you can see they are all working behind the notification and in the library they are all recording. I tried resetting my router, resetting my base station and reconnecting a camera but no effect.
ALSO if I were to replace the base station I need it to work with ARLO PRO 2 VMC 4030B and ARLO ULTRA VMC 5040.
HELP PLEASE

There have been several reports recently of this happening with the web client. FWIW, I see it with one of my own cameras using Edge.

Its strange though that the 4 cameras on Base VMB4500 are affected and the 9 cameras on Base VMB4000 are not both are on the same account and viewed through the same browser at the same time

In my case I think it's partly timing. In the app the camera usually starts off-line, and then switches to on-line about a second later. The web client seems to consistently miss the status change.

Yes , I saw the same on the app yet it switches so fast I dont notice it. I wonder if the firmware/software/whatever of the VMB4500 could somehow be at fault?

I am thinking the bug is either in the Arlo Cloud or the web client. There have been several issues with status being wrong in the web client over the past weeks (particularly battery status). They are happening with multiple cameras models/bases. The problems seem to be getting worse instead of better.
Hopefully Arlo will fix them soon.

Just now I did a RESET of Base VMB 4500 then I had to Re Add Cameras 1 - 4 This seems to have fixed the problem but Now I see the Message YOUR DEVICE APPEARS OFFLINE momentarily appear on 2 other cameras in the browser on the other base.
At this moment all cameras on both Base s appear working.
I have seen the Battery reporting issue on my cameras occasionally for many months.
I will continue to update this thread.

The cloud team has released updates to the web client that should have resolved this issue. If you're still experiencing this behavior, try the following steps:
1. Log in to your Arlo account
2. Refresh the browser page
3. Log in to your Arlo account again
After the second log in, you should no longer experience the issue.

Logging in and refreshing the page and logging in again definitely never solved the problem. I did that many times over the last month.
The problem was solved the moment I hard RESET the VMB 4500 base and re SYNCed the cameras back to that base..
Currently all 13 cameras are working.
