I didn't set up my 2 step verification before the deadline given by the company (that means no number attached to the account),then when I use the email. it generates a red error band at the top of the screen that disappears after some time. now I can't login to my acc and my devices a lying dormant at home and not functioning. Please I need help

Are you able to access your account using a pc web browser to access the arlo web portal login?
Do you get a email requirement to allow access to your browser? If not look in the email account spam folder.
