Hello everyone,
I have 3 Arlo Pro 2 cameras and 2 of them don't work. It seems as though they work when they're hardwired into power, but they don't when going off battery or solar. No blue or amber lights. I've tried removing and putting back the battery. Removing the devices then re-installing them. Firmware up to date. Nothing. Any ideas as to what might be going on?

Have you swapped in the battery from the working camera into the others to see if that works? Maybe the batteries are dead and need to be jump-started (there's an FAQ here on how to revive dead batteries). If it's not the battery, use the Contact Support link at the bottom here for a hardware problem.

Yes, I've replaced a working battery in both the faulty cameras and I ran into the same issue, which was the plug-in symbol, instead of any charging symbol. I'm not sure if that means the issue is with the two batteries or the two Arlo cams. Maybe best to contact customer support
