I have 4 Arlo Pro 2 Cameras set up and 3 of them are working fine however one of the cameras will not detect motions or record movements. I have tried to disconnect the camera removed the battery and reconnected it to the base station however it will still not detect motion when using motion detection. It will also not record motions even when set to active.
Any idea how to reset the factory settings and see if that works. The cameras are just over a year old so I should expect they should still work for a while.
Assuming that you removed the camera from Settings, My Devices mand resynced, that's about all the resetting you can do. A last ditch effort would be to remove everything from there and start fresh, on the possibility the base has somehow gotten stupid.
