I have had the first 3 cameras running for some time now. I wanted to install another set with its own base in another state But when I started setting them up at the third one it said that I have reach the maximum number of cameras but I have 2 bases with different names and at 2 different locations. What am I doing wrong

You can have as many bases on each account that you want, but are limited to only 5 cameras per account, regardless how many bases you have. You can either pay for a subscription to have all the cameras and bases on one account, or create multiple accounts, (email addresses), and grant access back and forth to each other to see all the cameras in one app. To change the settings for the cameras on a different account, you must log in to that account. Plus you will have to arm/disarm them separately.
