1 powered Arlo Pro 2 and 1 Arlo Pro 2 powered via Solar Panel stopped recording motion

I have 3 Arlo Pro 2 cameras. 2 are always powered and 1 is powered via solar panel. 1 powered and the solar camera have stopped recording motion. They record manually but do not detect motion. Even with the motion test. This appears to have occurred since an App update three days ago. Looking for assistance on what to do to get them all working again.
