1 out of 4 cameras not syncing - Arlo pro 2

I have successfully synced 3 out of 4 cameras to my base station.
The last one doesn't want to sync.

I have changed around batteries (made sure its fully charged) and tried syncing with it connected to a power socket.
I only tapped the sync buttons on both devices as other threads say not to press and hold.

I dont know what else to do.
Any suggestions?

Were all the cameras located together close by the base unit when they were synced?

You could try off loading the other three cameras you installed in the base unit.
Pull the camera batteries, remove each camera via the camera’s settings page and then reset the mains power on the base unit.
Then try syncing the dud camera on its own.
If no joy then contact support it could be just bad luck.

Yes they are all together when synced.

Hi @ZamorakKing,

If you have other three cameras all together while you're syncing your camera to the Base Station, try to move the other cameras away from the Base Station to avoid any interference and have the other camera that you're trying to sync a bit closer.
