Lack of support from arlo

I have called arlo support multiple times for support integrating arlo video doorbell and have never gotten any clear instructions and have even been told that the doorbell doesn’t work with Alexa. That is the whole reason that I bought the arlo doorbell. Does it integrate easily or not?
