There is no push notification or email alert for this currently, but if you're experiencing your camera going offline it could be due to one of the following issues:
- Depleted battery – Attach a charger
- Poor signal strength – Bring the camera close to the Base Station/SmartHub router and test
- Base Station or SmartHub is not receiving power or an internet connection – Check LED behavior to confirm connectivity: https://kb.arlo.com/000039100/What-do-the-LEDs-on-my-Arlo-SmartHub-or-base-station-mean
- Arlo mobile app or web client issue – Log out of your Arlo account and log back in
