Arlo 2 pro system sometimes misses important parts of recordings.
This has happened a few times now. There will be a chunk of time missing in the middle of some motion. Someone bumped my neighbor's car as they were turning around. I saw it happen out my window. I checked my Arlo recording and there was about a 15 sec chunk where it didn't record. Of course it's when the impact happened. The car did stop to reverse so there was a second with no motion, but there was plenty of motion before the impact that it did not record. Another time I was walking to my car and a motorcycle sped past me and my dog. That recording had stopped right before the motorcycle went by. My dog an I were still walking in the middle of the camera's view, but the recording just stopped and there was not another recording to get the motorcycle go by right through the middle of the camera's view. No activity zones set up and the camera is set to record until motion stops. Any ideas? This defeats the purpose of having a camera security system.

When using the setting to record until motion stops, it's important to note that in order for the camera to continue recording, it must actively be detecting motion. Sometimes motion can be detected initially and then that motion moves beyond the cameras effective range (even though it may still be within the field of view).
You might try setting your camera to record for a fixed duration to see if you have a better experience.
