My floodlight camera is showing green lines over the recording and live stream

Hello,

 

I am getting poor quality recording from a recently purchased floodlight camera.

 

I initially thought it was the wireless signal, so I greatly boosted that. However, it still doesn't work. I am now getting great recordings from the doorbell camera which is located very close to the floodlight cam.

The symptoms you describe are often related to poor signal strength or WiFi interference. Consider temporarily relocating the camera to a different location and test to see if you experience the same results. This will help isolate if the problem is with the camera or the location.
