I have my phone and my wife’s phone in the system for geofencing. Will only work on my iphone

I have my phone and my wife’s phone in the system for geofencing. Will only work on my iphone

Geofencing only works when my phone is not home!!! I set mine and my wife’s up three times. She accepted the invite down loaded the app setup an account. Help!!!

Check to make sure you've toggled on access rights for the shared account and that shared account is logged on with the Arlo mobile app running on their mobile device.
