Can't get wired door bell to work.

I recently uninstalled my SkyBell to install an Arlo because I have cameras as well. After all of that I am told I have to buy a new base station or a new router to get the door bell to work. If I would have known that I would not have gone through all the trouble to uninstall my previous for bell. I'd like someone from Arlo to reach out (customer service was supposed to, but they haven't yet.)

Arlo Video Doorbell does not require a base station or SmartHub to operate, it can be synced directly to your home network.
