I have one camera that keeps malfunctioning it’ll turn on and off I’ve reset it every time I email support they wait about a week before they answer just as they’re closing it out and then they keep saying that I have to re-ask the question and I was I wanna do is get the camera working again I have pulled the battery I’ve added and subtracted the camera off numerous times I just don’t know what I’m missing

There are a variety of conditions that can result in a camera offline error. These are some of the possibilities:
- Depleted battery – Attach a charger
- Poor signal strength – Bring the camera close to the Base Station/SmartHub router and test
- Base Station or SmartHub is not receiving power or an internet connection – Check LED behavior to confirm connectivity: https://kb.arlo.com/000039100/What-do-the-LEDs-on-my-Arlo-SmartHub-or-base-station-mean
- Arlo mobile app or web client issue – Log out of your Arlo account and log back in
