Why when I say I want my cameras to pick up people only in my yard, they'll pick up my dog as a "people"??

When toggling Arlo Smart notifications on or off it's important to note that this only applies to push notifications. You will still receive recordings for all motion in your library, each event will be label according to what Arlo Smart determined as the cause for the motion.

If you're seeing content of your dog labeled as "Person", consider donating that video from your library to help the development team better understand why the event was mislabeled.
