Arlo Pro 2 missing important part of recordings.

Hi James C. thanks for you response to my question about Arlo Pro 2 missing important part of recordings. I wasn't able to respond to your answer. The parts of recordings that are missing are when there was motion in the middle of the camera's view. A couple of times, there has been a recording immediately after the missing chunk, so the motion was all within the active area. And it wan't a 300 second limit either. Also, setting the camera to record for a fixed duration is not an option for where I have it set up. I just want it to record when there is motion and it currently doesn't always do that. Any other ideas?
