I have set 11 emails to this Company and all I ever get is a referral to their f,ING web site...DO NOT PURCHASE ANY OF THEIR PRODUCTS A TOTAL WASTE IF MONEY

Gary,  You either have to figure it out on your own or with help from community. The community is their customer support.  Everybody that has figured out the problem tries to help others.   That is Arlo's business model. They offer less and less service but increase pricing due to "rising" costs. What costs?
