I'm having the exact issue in the following forum post, and I"m not sure how long this has been a problem. My alarm was triggered b/c suddenly, secondary and guest PINs aren't working, despite me having purchased a year-long Plus plan. I'm absolutely livid about this, that a feature would just stop working for a security system??? You guys are opening yourselves up to some serious liability. You need to get this fixed ASAP. What else might not be working that I haven't discovered yet?

 

I also expect to be compensated since I'm paying for features that aren't working. I have the unlimited Plus plan, which includes extra PINs as I was allowed to set them up when I purchased all the equipment.
