I have 5 all-in-one sensors. Three show "Online" and two do not. The two that don't actually are online though. How can I get these to all display the same?

When I look at devices in the app and then select an all-in-one sensor, I see a "sun and down arrow" in the status area where the battery percent, etc. is. What is that symbol?

A screenshot including the icon may be useful as well as a description of what the sensor is used for. I just checked my water sensor and door sensor and see no such icon.

How do you know that the "offline" sensors are actually online? Have you rebooted the security hub and maybe reinserted the sensor batteries?

The sensor is currently monitoring motion and temperature. I attached a screen shot of the icon.

I know it's online because I can walk past it and it will show motion detected in the app. Here's a screen shot.

Did you reboot the security hub and try reinserting the sensor batteries? If you click on the "gear" for settings, does that work? Also, my Android app doesn't show either of my sensors with the "Online" text.

Yeah, did all that. Sigh... I suppose it will correct itself someday when they make an update. Weird how yours don't show online and only some of mine do. Everything is working properly though. I also have Android and yes, that is also all up to date.

I also have Android and it's up to date. No schedules are set. I wish manufacturers would issue a plainly obvious icon list along with their product manuals.

Arlo has a variety of FAQs defining the various LED and iconn meanings in the support section. However, none that I've found show your particular icon.
I wonder if the down arrow means the temperature is dropping.

Are you sensors now all showing online, or are you still seeing the same behavior of a few showing offline?

Still 3 online, 2 showing nothing. Those two though, do show "Motion" when I walk by so I know they are working and actually reporting (online). Weird...

I reached out to support to contact you, so we can see if we can get those other two to show online. Support will be reaching out to you as soon as possible.
