can't see image in sun

I have 1 of my cameras in my garage.

The clear from the sun, when garage door is open,i cant see anything beyond that. Please help

It sounds like this is a backlight problem.  FWIW I have a similar issue with my garage camera at some times of the day. (I have other cameras covering that area, so not a big concern for me).

 

There should be a video brightness control in the video settings.  Have you tried adjusting that?
