base station VMB4000 won't connect to Apple Homekit

Hello,

I’m trying to connect my base station to the apple HomeKit but comes up saying unable to add accessory. 

any ideas on how to connect when I don’t have a code?

yeah I’ve tried this link without the code. This is the problem I am having when it keeps on failing to connect.

The you probably need a token reset.

I've sent a token reset request to your base station that should resolve the issue. Please reboot your base station (remove and reapply power) allow the base station to come back online and try setting up HomeKit again using these instructions:How do I connect my Arlo device to Apple HomeKit?
