I just purchased a Gen 3 VMB3500 and I get it to connect to the base but won't let me connect cameras. I called customer support and they referred me back to the site with nothing. I just paid for the subscription, also I got it to look for firmware updates and it failed over and over. Am I screwed or is there a way? Thanks

What cameras are you trying to connect? Are they on the compatibility list here:
(The compatibility list for the VMB3500 is the same as the VMB3000).

It's the cameras it came with in the box. Customer service was no help. They just sent me the same directions that was in the app. The base it's self will connect to the app then it will tell me it's unreachable.

If they use 4 CR123 batteries, then they are VMC3030.
Otherwise they could be Pro (VMC4030) or Pro 2 (VMC4030P). If you open the housing and remove the battery you will see a label there that will tell you what you have.

The cameras are end-of-life, so support won't do much.

The base needs to be installed before you can do anything with the cameras. You could try removing it from the account, doing a paper-clip reset and adding it back.
