Updated now no cameras show and still get notifications

my phone and iPad updated and now none of my cameras show. The main account is still the old app. Is that affecting my app how do I get my cameras to show without trying to reset them up?

You got it - all accounts must be on the same user interface for sharing to work. In this case, you need to migrate the main account to use the new UI by installing a Pro 5, even though you don't have one. The first step is to migrate the account to use the new UI after which you can abort the install. Once every account is on the new UI, click on Home and choose the bottom choice. Each user gets a default Home location so you need to choose the proper one. I suggest renaming Home to make this obvious.
