I got base to connect to Internet but I can't get cameras to sync

Unfortunately, this is an all too common issue, especially with the VMB4000 bases. Is the base in your account? If so, try briefly pressing the base sync button - don't hold it - and verify the Camera LED is slowly flashing blue. Then press the camera button. Now both should be slowly flashing blue for several seconds until the sync and flash rapid blue.
