arlo ultra 2 4k can't install new camera replacement

replacing camera and base is not pairing with wifi

Neither the hub nor Ultra camera use your WiFi. The hub is connected via the Ethernet cable and the camera connects to the hub using the hub's protected WiFi. 

 

Are you following the procedure in the app to set up the hub, including connecting both power and Ethernet? Have you ensured the cables are properly connected? What does the hub's LED show after a couple of minutes when the hub is plugged in? It should be solid blue.
