I have an active Arlo Secure Plus plan on the desired location, why can't I enable smoke/co alarm detection on my all in one sensors? Am I missing some prerequisite step?

Did you complete the test to determine that the sensor works with your alarms? The verbiage in the section for enabling smoke alarm detection indicates that must be done first. This may help:

Thanks for replying. No, I can't get past step 6: the slider UI element is diasabled. The app tells me that I need an active secure plan to use the feature. But the "location" where this system is installed has an active secure plus plan already.

Seconomos,

You will need to raise your subscription plan to the next tier. Smoke/CO detection requires an Arlo Safe and Secure Pro plan after the initial trial period ends. You can find more information about subscription plans here: https://www.arlo.com/en-us/arlosecure.html

Alright, I'll give that a go. If there was ever a use-case for a feedback loop from the community to the dev team, this would be it. The documentation and the UI itself are either ambiguous or inaccurate. See attached screenshots

Thank you for the screenshots. I will pass this feedback along to the dev team for consideration.
