I recently brought 4 Arlo Pro 5S, and a SmartHub (after what I have been through, this device really don't deserved the name SMART), the installation on Arlo Pro 5S was straight forward, and so was the SmartHub in the Arlo Secure App.
The problem comes from trying to add SmartHub, or base station, into my Apple Home, so I can share with my family and can use 'Hi, Siri' to call out camera anywhere, we thought this would be handy when we are traveling.
The device didn't show any Apple Homekit setup code anywhere, neither in outside package nor in device itself. First when following the instruction to hit the 'Homekit' in the SmartHub set up, it search for the basestation for VERY, very long time, after countless removal/ reinstallation, reset to factory setting (insert the pin to small hole in the back), it finally went to adding to Home process, when I have tears in the eye, I open my Home in Apple iphone, the basestation was not shown in the room I assign it to. I eventually found the 'bridge' in the 'Family setting' but I can't call it out with Hi, Siri- she answer you device was not installed.
I called my local technical support, but AI customer assistant just repeat 10 times that I have already check and tried.
Firmware was the most updated, my iOS is 18.5 also most updated, can anyone who has this similar experience share some tips to get over or walk around it? I can see all cameras in Arlo secure app. but like to see them in Apple HOME.
Thanks a lot for any reply in advance.

You more than likely need a token reset. I've sent a token reset request to your base station that should resolve the issue. Please reboot your base station (remove and reapply power) allow the base station to come back online and try setting up HomeKit again using these instructions, please use the steps that are set up without a code.
