How do I troubleshoot phantom siren activations on my keypad sensor hub. My siren will activate periodically, but there is no indication of why it went off. I really need someone help to resolve this issue as it is completely unacceptable for a home security system.

Hi @James27
I see a lot of your sensors have panic enabled in the rules. Can you double check your rules to see if your devices are meant to have these alarms for open/close rules etc.

That is what I really intended to have, but my question is how do I determine what is setting off the phantom alarm? The only feed I’m getting is the keypad sensor hub siren has been activated. None of the sensors are showing any a activity at the time.

If it's not a sensor, then it must be a camera.
Are your cameras also set up to sound the siren?
Do you have activity zones set up on any of the cameras?

Only one camera was setup to activate the siren and was also configured the this way in the Arm Home routine. I doubt it is this camera since I do not get the phantom alarm ever when system is armed for Arm Home. Also, if it was the camera, then why am I not getting any notification it was the camera? P.S. There are no zones configured on any cameras.

An activity zone can suppress the notification and recording, but that might not suppress the siren.
But if you have no activity zones, that doesn't apply in your situation.
How often is this happening?

To clarify, you do not receive any type of informative notification (Event triggered (eg. Motion detected on Sensor, Door open on Sensor)or labeling on what has triggered the siren?

I am not getting any notification that the siren is being activated by any of the sensors. The events had been happening typically at least once per day and are usually late at night, but not always. I have two sensors that I only activate when in Arm Away. Yesterday I deactivated those two sensors and did not get the phantom alarm. I have since reactivated one of the two sensors today to see what happens tonight. I should also point out the motion and Smoke/CO alarm triggers were deactivated on the keypad hub when the phantom sirens occur.

I was going to suggest that process to try to isolate the device that is causing the problem.
