Not receiving 2FA email

I try to log in using my email and password, it then says that it has sent an email to the email address on my account, I never receive the email. I request the email over and over and over and over and over again, still nothing arrives. There is nothing in the SPAM folder and yes the email address is working. I tried to contact your call centre in NZ (0800 number) and it instantly disconnects when I try. I tried to use the online chat and the instant I give them my details I'm told by the automated system to go away. How am I meant to get access to my account when you refuse to send the 2FA email to my email address?

I've given up, created a new account, reset the system and set it up using the new Arlo account. It is clear that Arlo want to make it as difficult as humanly possible to get a problem sorted.
