My partner and I have seperate arlo accounts but different versions when logged in.

When logged in to the same device my partner and i seem to have different versions of the app. Is there a way to force both of the account to be on the same version?

Either the most updated account to older version as it can't view the cameras anymore, Or vise versa?

The app supports both the old user interface (UI) that uses Library to view videos as well as the new UI that uses Feed. Eventually everyone will be migrated to the new UI.

 

If you want to do this now, choose add the Pro 5 or security system to your account even though you have neither. The first step to to migrate the account to the new UI after which you can just back out of the bogus install. Note that you can't revert back to the old UI and custom modes don't transfer into the new UI so you have to make do with the 3 default modes to do what you want. Take the time to go through the whole UI to learn where things are and how they work.
