When we purchased our Arlo cameras all activity was automatically saved to the library. This was one of the main reasons we picked Arlo. If we were away we could turn our wifi/mobile data off and let the system record activity so we could check it when we got up.

Why is it that now this feature is gone? If it was a part of the Arlo package when we purchased it then that shouldn't change

Local storage should still work as it did before.

Can you tell us

1. what cameras and base model(s) you own?
2. how long you have had this equipment
3. clarify whether you also own the home security system or not (as you posted in the home security system section)?
4. whether you now see "Feed" in the app, or whether you still see "Library"?
