Key Pad Base help onboarding

My cameras and smart hub are paired and showing as working. I’ve added the key pad and it shows up in the app with a red ! And says Incomplete setup followed by Finish Onboarding. When I do that it takes me through everything again. However the same problem is when I get to the final step instructing me to press the standby button then enter PIN and press enter/check mark button, it does not allow me to Continue.  The continue tab stays gray and won’t work.  Arlo support says that my Premium Plan is active and the keypad shows as active so why am I getting an incomplete setup error?

You're getting the error because you didn't execute the final step.

 

I suggest removing the keypad from your account, doing a hardware reset of the keypad and then adding it back again.  Use the "using the keypad" method.
