I have tried to contact sales support using the chat, but there is no option for sales questions about the security system. Is there someone to contact regarding questions about ordering?  For example, you cannot create a bundle with the 5 sensor system only the 2 sensor system, which does not give you the option of adding more sensors. Does the system allow more than 5 sensors to be added?  Can you have more than one keypad / hub?

You can add more than 5 sensors but you are limited to 1 keypad hub per location. An accessory keypad will be made available in the future for users who need more than one keypad.

Why did my subscription price increase?

Just my personal experience - my water sensor and door sensor are still both at 100% after months of usage.

Thanks for response. I gave SimpliSafe a try and thought the hardware was terrible and the software was half baked. Are you having a positive experience with the system?  Any major issues you have to work through?

The security system has worked fine for our usage which is pretty limited since we're home most of the time. I do like the door opening notification from the hub. The water sensor hasn't had an opportunity to do anything, which is a Good Thing, since it's next to the washing machine.

No idea - for whatever reason, my account doesn't give me the option to view/download the certificate even though I'm in the US (maybe NYS causes an issue?). @JamesC , @ShayneS ?

The hub uses WiFi but not the sensors. As for the distance, centrally locating the hub in a large area would be useful. I don't recall the max distance but that varies according to each installation so testing would be needed.

As i know to determine whether your brand-new Pro 4 XL cameras can connect with SecureLink or any other specific system, I recommend checking the camera's documentation, contacting the manufacturer's support team, or visiting their official website. They should be able to provide you with the most accurate and up-to-date information regarding camera compatibility and integration with SecureLink or other similar services.

I go back to look at my order (was grayed out until Dec 6th) and it says pending. Now there is a Tracking number for Fed ex and Fed ex shows a shipping label created on Dec 6th. According to Fed ex they never received the product from Arlo, just the creation of a shipping label. I have already paid for the system. I have received no communication from Arlo. Really don't know who to contact at Arlo. Do you know if the pre-orders are still on back order or did my order get lost in the shuffle. Any guidance would be appreciated. Thanks
