Hub pin setup

I cant finish the setup and it will not let me enter a pin

I've been waiting on a replacement hub.  I was told 3 to 5 days and it hasn't come yet. No tracking number provided.  My return window with Amazon will be closing soon.  They asked me to close the case but it really hasn't been resolved.
