Hello, I would like to understand how secure is Arlo Security System (no pun intended).
What happens when an intruder tampers with the Keypad Sensor Hub after breaking into the housed protected by Arlo Security System? An intruder would trigger a sensor event (door opened, etc.) but an alarm would not be initiated until PIN code timer expires. What happens if an intruder physically damages the Keypad Sensor Hub or cuts the power to the Hub? Will Professional Monitoring staff respond to this even?
I've tried to get an answer to this via Arlo support but have not been suiccessful. I feel this is a basic question about a security system and I am really disappointed that it is so hard to get an answer.

Once the entry delay countdown is activated (eg. door opened), then even if the system is physically destroyed / unplugged etc, Arlo BE is keeping track of the delay countdown and alarm will be escalated to monitoring agent upon expiry (if not authenticated).
Also one other benefit with our system is that if you have other cams etc, then BE will still be able to activate panic alarms on those devices for siren sound and also videos can be shared to an agent (if you authorized video verification feature).

Thank you. This makes sense and makes me much more comfortable about system security.
Unfortunately, this information is not available anywhere. It would be helpful to include it in FAQs or Knowledge Base. I've asked this question to multiple levels of Arlo technical support but was not able to get any answer similar to this.
