Please help, ORDER GB0056336

I ordered a variety of cameras, including one of the security kits with a subscription trial. Although the website stated 1-2 days delivery, it has been about 1.5 weeks and I have no dispatch info, no tracking and more importantly, no product!!

 

All my attempts to contact customer service have been ignored, and as I read on this forum, the "chatbot" is basically useless. I know of no way in which I can contact Arlo to get my order or recover the £800 worth of kit that I have paid for.
