GETTING CHARGED BUT NO SUBSCRIPTION WILL SHOW UP

I have one camera and have been being charged for like 2.5 years. Tried to log in to change my payment method and cannot see any subscription as active and cannot change my payment method. STUPID chat assistant won't let me talk to a person because I "don't have a subscription" -  well what do I pay for every month then?????????????? Help me before I take my business somewhere else entirely, this is insane

Are you perhaps using a "friend" account???
