GB0070171 - Arlo Home security starter kit, is my order without chime 3 items (chime, outdoor camera and video door bell) 

However my package consisted of camera and video door bell. The chime is missing. Trying to get a support online but ends up closing the conversation. Looking for help on the missing item (chime) in the package 😞

WHere are you located? In the US, I don't see that bundle. Does the "GB" indicate Great Britain?
