Charged for secure plan, but its not working

I changed my plan from monthly to yearly on may 18th, my bank account got charged and I got the invoice from Arlo, but all my recordings are now gone and it says I have no Secure Plan when I login to my page.

 

I got an e-mail 12 hours later saying Account Cancelled - couldnt process payment - which is weird since I've been charged.

 

I tried contacting live agent via chatbot, but it only allows me to "talk" to a bot which was not helpful at all.

Then select "Turn on private messages" if it is turned off.
