Free 7 day cloud storage

Does arlo offer 7 days  free cloud storage on any new devices they sale? If not does other brands offer this? 

I have only had arlo but heard it's changed.

No.  They stopped offering free cloud storage on new camera models back in 2018.  All the currently sold cameras require a subscription for cloud storage.
