Disconnect and Reconnect Issues

Please see the attached pictures. Almost all the time when I change the status of my security the WiFi and power state that they're disconnected, then immediately it states that its reconnected.

Hi @dansham 

 

Are you adjusting settings on your home wifi network? Can you provide more detail regarding your inquiry?

 

When the security hub goes offline you will receive a notification for the offline and back online status. If you have the battery backup, you will receive additional notifications for the alerts as seen in your screenshots.

Hi Shayne,

 

No, I'm not adjusting the settings on my WiFi.

 

Basically, whenever I put the unit on Standby mode, or Alarm Home mode, via the keypad, I would get all those notifications.

 

It does not happen all the time, but randomly.

 

I do receive the notifications that it goes offline and online, but if you look at the pictures its instantaneous. I know the power and WiFi are good, so I'm assuming those are glitches.
